Once upon a time a little kingdom... a tiny little kingdom. But what a kingdom!
It's a tiny little kingdom, with the strength of the stone and adobe, hidden by the
silence of the forest and the hills.
There are no stables, only free animals, some of which after a fine life of freedom
and natural feeding end up at the king's table. There is a marvellous vineyard,
fruit trees and open fields covered with grass and other crops that feed our animals."
A nice walk under the trees, close to the river and around our "kingdom"
will envigorate your appetite so you can then be delighted with our excellent cusine.
When we say "our" we really mean it due to the fact that we produce almost
all our food... the bread, "crostini", delicatessen , bakery, "cappelletti"
and "tagliatelle", soups, etc. Everything is hand made and produced
with our own products, cultivated without pesticides, antibiotics or preservatives.
"Crostate" and "ciambelle", are not only hand made but also
are filled with our jam and our biological fruit. In order to always serve
fresh food, our people always pay attention to our king's preferences and that's
exactly what we bring to his table.
Our king's wish is that everyone visiting his kingdom enjoy it to the maximum.
He also wants you to eat not only tasty food but also healthy food. The king
believes that "we are what we eat".
Besides the healthy food and in order to make the spirit happy at our kingdom, we
also have wine from our own biological vineyards. Our wine is the product
of our hard work in the vineyard and in the wine cellar, as well as our biological
apple juice, mineral water and cider.
Anyone who wants to visit our kingdom is welcome to out table, where we want to
share with all of you the pleasure of eating.
